Frequently asked questions

Do I have to pay to register?

No. No payment is made during registration. Payments are made only when a service is offered, and you are told what it is and what it costs before you pay.

How many people make a group?

A group needs at least 15 members in the same area. Typical groups have 15 to 50 members. A smaller group is possible, but it must be discussed with the Bridge team and approved.

Can I join more than one group?

Yes. A member can join more than one group, for example a home group and a workplace or church group.

Can children register?

Under-18s must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

What if one member can't pay one month?

Contributions are managed centrally so one member's late payment doesn't automatically disconnect the whole group.

Who can see where I live?

Only the Bridge leaders of your group and Bridge administrators who need to plan the network. The public map shows approximate positions only.

Who is behind Bridge?

Bridge Network is a Project of Takura Trust.
