Privacy notice
Privacy by design: Bridge collects only what it needs to coordinate community networks.
What we collect
Name, email, province, district, town, area, group memberships, an optional phone number and an optional map location for network planning. For group leaders we also keep the identity, proof of residence and police clearance documents they upload for verification. Volunteers may upload a CV. People who send a shop request give a name, contact details and delivery address.
What we don't collect
We do not store banking or card information. No payment is made during registration, and the shop does not take payments online.
Who can see it
- The public sees group names, general group locations and approximate, anonymous member dots.
- Registered members see names and registration numbers of other members in their own area only.
- Group leaders see members of their own groups, including contact details and locations needed for planning.
- Bridge administrators have restricted access for coordination and support. Leader documents are stored privately and are visible only to the person who uploaded them and to Bridge administrators.
Security checks
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information from your browser for that purpose.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to leave Bridge, by contacting us. Under-18s are registered and represented by a parent or legal guardian. Documents that have been accepted as permanent records of leader verification are kept as records.
Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions are server-side, access is role-based and exports are logged. If personal data is ever exposed, affected people will be told promptly.
